Job Title: Supervisor
min/max rate: $17.25
R.H.M.C. is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual that possesses a high regard for personal accountability and understands the importance of commitment to excellence. The select candidate must demonstrate and promote a positive work ethic in support of our values as well as provide strong member support. The select candidate must be able to exercise independent judgment and be able to render sound business decisions. The select candidate must be detail oriented, able to work under pressure and handle multiple concurrent assignments. The select candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, good presentation skills and the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers, support staff, and various levels of management. The select candidate must be computer literate and be able to apply practical applications in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows operating systems. The select candidate must possess a High School Diploma (or GED) or five years of experience or more in building maintenance, new construction, inspect and repair of electrical, plumbing system. The select candidate possess an active Driver license.
In addition Ensures that the maintenance, repair are performed in compliance with all City and State company rules procedures. Supervise personnel in the maintenance, construction, and/or repair of our member’s home/property. Orders, coordinates and ensures availability and timely delivery of materials, supplies and equipment. Certifies, accounts for and approves expenditures for labor, material supplies and equipment within prescribed limits. Ensures personnel comply with all company and departmental rules and procedures.
In addition, ensures that all work functions are in compliance with safety procedures, OSHA laws and general environmental instructions. Initiates preliminary accident investigations and submits reports. Investigates, equipment status, and job status.
Enforces good housekeeping practices for equipment and work areas. Ensures safety, enforces Company procedures, such as Equal Employment Opportunity, Substance Abuse, Discipline and Security. May perform other related assignments as required. A valid driver’s license with less than 5 points is required.
The selected candidate must be able to sit at a stationary post for long periods of time.
The candidate must be able to travel to various work locations, as needed. Due to job requirements, the candidate must have excellent manual dexterity and will require excessive use of hands. The selected candidate must be able to push/lift up to 20 lbs. (boxes of paper, etc) as well as stoop, bend, reach and kneel in order to file. In addition Candidates must be willing to work in confined areas, in hot and cold environments, and at high elevations. The ability to push/pull and lift equipment and material (45 to 60lbs.).
Job Title: Service Technician
Job Requirements:Candidates applying for this position must have extensive knowledge and experience with flooring, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical maintenance. Candidates must have basic knowledge of the operations of HVAC. Candidates must also be willing to work revolving shifts
Physical Requirements:Candidates must be willing to work in confined areas, in hot and cold environments. The ability to push/pull and lift equipment and material (45 to 60 lbs.). A valid driver’s license with less than 5 points is required.
Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Min/Max rate: $15.81
The selected candidate must possess excellent clerical and organizational skills including computer skills and competency in the Microsoft office application, strong interpersonal and telephone skills are required for frequent interaction with internal and external customers. The selected candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities as required. Duties include, but are not limited to, logging and tracking information on various computer applications, preparing work assignments, gather information for work estimate, preparing/updating member’s status. The selected candidate must possess a valid driver license

Candidates must have the ability and confidence to provide timely respond to calls in order to mobilize field crews. Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma and at least 2 years dispatch and/or operational work experience. Selected candidates should possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be detail oriented and able to multitask under stressful conditions. Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidates will be required to operate a computer, Microsoft Office application and knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch Systems. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.
Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods of time and be willing to travel throughout the Company’s service area.
